    Ingredients

    • 400G 3 DIFFERENT KINDS OF SAUSAGE
    • 100G RED, GREEN AND YELLOW PEPPER
    • 100G ONION IN THIN SLICES
    • 200G TOMATO CONCASSE
    • 80G DIVANIS FETA CHEESE
    • 60ML ATTIKI HONEY
    • 30G TOMATO PASTE
    • 30ML WHITE WINE
    • 3G CHILLI FLAKES
    • 8 DROPS TABASCO
    • 20ML MINOS OLIVE OIL
    • SALT AND PEPPER
    • THYME
    • OREGANO
    • 2 POTATOES
    • WATER

    SERVE WITH OREGANO

    Directions

    Cut the sausages, the peppers and the onion in large pieces. Pour MINOS olive oil in a hot saucepan and saute the sausages for 3-4 minutes. Add the mixed onion and peppers and stir for 2 more minutes. Pour the wine and let the alcohol vaporize. Add the concasse and the paste and let simmer. Add water if needed. Add salt, thyme, pepper, oregano, chilli flakes, and a few drops of tabasco. Pour ATTIKI honey and let boil in medium heat for 20 minutes. Add DIVANIS feta cheese in chunks. Serve on top of chips. Serve with oregano.
