    SPAGHETTI IN WAX PAPER

    Ingredients

    • 500G MISKO SHORT CUT PENNE
    • 80G DIVANIS KASSERI
    • 100G DIVANIS FETA
    • 30ML TERRA CRETA OLIVE OIL
    • 1 GREEK SAUSAGE IN SLICES
    • 12 CHERRY TOMATOES (CHOPPED IN HALF)
    • 30G GREEN PEPPER
    • 30G RED PEPPER
    • 5G OREGANO
    • SALT PEPPER

    Directions

    Boil the MISKO short cut penne. Chop the DIVANIS kasseri and the DIVANIS feta into cubes. Pour TERRA CRETA olive oil into a pan, add one sausage in slices, green pepper and red pepper. Stir well and sauté for 3 minutes. In a bowl, pour the penne, the sausage mix, salt, pepper and oregano, the cherry tomatoes, the DIVANIS kasseri and feta and stir. Pour the mix into a wax paper, tie it up and bake in a preheated oven for 35 mins at 200 °C (390 °F).
