    WHOLE GRAIN SPAGHETTI WITH SWEET CHICKEN

    Ingredients

    • 1 PACK MISKO WHOLE GRAIN SPAGHETTI
    • 250G CHICKEN BREAST FILLET
    • 80G BACON
    • 1 CLOVE OF GARLIC
    • 1 ONION, CHOPPED
    • 50G CORN
    • 1 GREEN PEPPER, CHOPPED
    • 1 CARROT IN CUBES
    • 100G DIVANIS GRAVIERA CHEESE IN CUBES
    • 100ML RETSINA
    • 200ML VEGETABLE BROTH
    • 50G MUSTARD
    • 50G HONEY ATTIKI
    • 50ML MINOS OLIVE OIL
    • SALT
    • PEPPER
       

    SERVE WITH:

    • 1 CHERRY TOMATO
    • OREGANO

    Directions

    Pour salt in a pot, boil the MISKO spaghetti and strain well. Chop the bacon into pieces. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Pour MINOS olive oil and sauté the chicken. Add bacon, one chopped onion, one mashed garlic clove, one chopped green pepper, one carrot and corn. Pour the retsina and the vegetable broth and mix well. Add ATTIKI honey and mustard. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add DIVANIS graviera cheese in cubes and boil the mix for 5 minutes. Add the spaghetti and stir well. Serve with a cherry tomato and oregano.
