    Ingredients

    • 1 PACK MISKO SPAGHETTI NO10
    • 150G DIVANIS KASSERI CHEESE
    • 40G GREEN PEPPER IN SLICES
    • 40G SLICED HAM
    • 40G BACON
    • FOR THE SAUCE:
    • 400G TOMATO PASSATA
    • 10G SUGAR
    • 5G BASIL
    • 5G OREGANO
    • 20ML OLIVE OIL
    • SALT AND PEPPER

    Directions

    In a pot, pour the olive oil, the passata, the sugar, basil, oregano, salt and pepper and boil for 10 minutes. Boil the spaghetti for 56 minutes. Grate the DIVANIS kasseri cheese, spread olive oil on a pan and spread the spaghetti. Pour the tomato sauce over the pasta and spread evenly. Pour 2/3 of the cheese and add bacon, ham and green peppers. Finally, pour the rest of the cheese. Bake in 200°C (350°F) for 15 minutes until the cheese melts and acquires a golden hue.
