    Ingredients

    • 100G KATAIFI STRANDS
    • 60G MELTED CLARIFIED BUTTER
    • 80G DIVANIS KASSERI CHEESE

    SERVED WITH:

    • ROCKET SALAD
    • CHERRY TOMATOES

    Directions

    Untangle the kataifi strands very well. In a metal pan, spread melted clarified butter. Put in half of the kataifi strands and spread butter again. Grate the DIVANIS kasseri cheese over the pan, add the rest of the strands and butter up again. Bake at 220 °C (428 °F) for 6 mins and serve with rocket salad and cherry tomatoes.
