    ORZO WITH SAUSAGES

    Ingredients

    • 250G MISKO ORZO 5
    • 0ML TERRA CRETA OLIVE OIL
    • 100G FRANKFURTER SAUSAGE
    • 2 CLOVES GARLIC
    • 1 ONION, GRATED
    • 200G OF TOMATO PASSATA
    • 30G TOMATO PASTE
    • 250ML CHICKEN BROTH
    • 100ML WHITE WINE
    • 1 TSP CINNAMON
    • 1 TSP NUTMEG
    • SALT AND PEPPER

    SERVE WITH:

    • 50G DIVANIS FETA
    • CHOPPED PARSLEY
    • 20ML TERRA CRETA OLIVE OIL

    Directions

    In a heated pan, pour the TERRA CRETA olive oil and sauté the onion and the garlic until they acquire a golden hue. Douse with white wine and after evaporation, add the tomato passata and paste, the nutmeg, salt and pepper and finally the chopped sausages. Pour in the broth and let it boil for about 5 minutes. Add the orzo and boil for 15 more minutes. As soon as the orzo is well cooked, take the pan off the stove. Serve in a plate with cubes of DIVANIS feta, chopped parsley and TERRA CRETA olive oil.
