    Ingredients

    • 1 CUP MINOS OLIVE OIL
    • 1 CUP MISKO FINE SEMOLINA
    • 1 CUP MISKO THICK SEMOLINA
    • 2 CUPS ATTIKI HONEY
    • 4 CUPS WATER
    • ½ CUP ROASTED ALMOND
    • 1 LEMON PEEL
    • 1 ORANGE PEEL
    • 5G CINNAMON
    • 1 CINNAMON STICK
    • 50ML SKINOS MASTIHA SPIRIT (FOR SERVING)

    Directions

    Pour water in a saucepan and add ATTIKI honey. Add the lemon peel, the orange peel and a cinnamon stick. Stir well for 5 minutes. Let the syrup cool. Pour MINOS olive oil, add MISKO thick semolina and MISKO fine semolina. Mix until golden. Add cinnamon and almonds, and then add the cold syrup to the hot mix and stir well. Place in baking molds for 30 mins. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with SKINOS mastiha spirit.
