    MIXED SALAD SEASONING WITH FIGS, WALNUTS AND BALSAMIC

    Ingredients

    • 10 dried figs
    • 1 cup mavrodafni
    • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar KALAMATA PAPADIMITRIOU
    • 250 gr. mixed salad seasoning
    • 1/2 cup walnuts
    • 1/3 cup virgin olive oil ALTIS / SOLON / ELANTHI
    • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar KALAMATA PAPADIMITRIOU
    • salt
    • white cream balsamic with orange and lemon KALAMATA PAPADIMITRIOU

    Directions

    Place the figs in a small saucepan. Pour the wine and balsamic vinegar KALAMATA PAPADIMITRIOU, cover and simmer for 10 ', soften up well and let them absorb the liquids. Let them cool off and then chop them.
    Place the salad in a bowl. Sprinkle with the figs and the walnuts.
    Stir the ALTIS olive oil with balsamic vinegar with honey and pour KALAMATA PAPADIMITRIOU.
    Mix and then sprinkle with the balsamic cream with orange and lemon KALAMATA PAPADIMITRIOU.
