    PUFF PASTRY WITH SUMMER FRUITS, HONEY AND CREAM BALSAMIC

    Ingredients

    • 1 "sfoliata tou cheriou sas" of ALFA
    • 1 kg mixed fruits
    • (peaches, apricot, cherry, vanilla, plums)
    • 2 tablespoons balsamic cream with strawberries KALAMATA PAPADIMITRIOU
    • 2 tablespoons courn flour
    • 2 tablespoons pure butter «ΔΙΒΑΝΗ»
    • 4 tablespoons Greek honey «ΑΤΤΙΚΗ»

    FOR SERVING:

    • powdered sugar
    • honey «ΑΤΤΙΚΗ»
    • yoghurt
    • mint leaves or verbena leaves 

    Directions

    Place "sfoliata tou cheriou sas" in a buttered pan. The edges should be out of the pan. 
    Wash, dry and cut the fruit into slices in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir them. Place them in a pan. 
    Fold half of the puff pastry and let her center open. 
    Bake in a well preheated oven at 
    Ψήνουμε σε καλά προθερμασμένο φούρνο στους 180 °- 200° for 45' until it turns brown. Let it lukewarm and chop it into triangles.
    Drizzle with honey «ΑΤΤΙΚΗ» and serve with yoghurt and herbs leaves.
