    ORANGE MOUSSE WITH APPLES, HONEY AND WALNUTS

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Greek honey «ΑΤΤΙΚΗ»
    • zest from 2 oranges
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 350 gr. cold sour cream - 35% fat
    • 150 gr. yoghurt
    • 2 apples
    • 1/2 cups walnuts
    • powdered cinnamon 

    Directions

    Combine in a bowl the orange zest with the sugar and stir them. Cover the pan in the refrigerator so that the sugar melts.
    In a bowl put the thick cream, add the yogurt and mix them with a spatula. Finally add the zest with the sugar, which now has become wet.
    Place the apples in a transparent bowl, pour 3 tablespoons Greek honey «ΑΤΤΙΚΗ» and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Cover with the cream.
    Drizzle with the remaining honey «ΑΤΤΙΚΗ» and sprinkle cinnamon and walnuts. Serve immediately.
