Markos Arvanitis (Giorgos Gerontidakis) returns home after serving 15 years in prison for a murder that marked not only his own life, but the lives of two families.

During his imprisonment, he had only one source of comfort: the letters of Lefki (Anastasia Pantousi), a woman he had never met. When they finally meet for the first time, Markos is certain that he has found the woman of his life and asks her to marry him.

Lefki accepts.

But nothing is as it seems.

Lefki did not enter his life by chance. Her goal is to get close to the man she believes is responsible for the greatest tragedy of her life.

Markos’s return also causes turmoil within his own home. His parents (Katerina Didaskalou and Giannis Tsortekis) welcome him back with relief and emotion, but the unknown woman by his side raises questions, suspicion and conflict.

At the same time, Lefki’s parents (Stelios Mainas and Maria Zorba) continue to live in the shadow of an old tragedy that has never stopped demanding justice.

The two families come face to face. Secrets begin to resurface. Truths that have remained buried for years threaten to change everything.
