MIRMIGATO WITH GROUND CHOCOLATE

Ingredients

  • portions: 14 pieces

  • 2 packs of savagiar
  • 8 eggs, the yolks
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 8 full spoons of sugar
  • 700 grms cream cheese
  • 300 grms of grated chocolate
  • 500 gr milk cream 35% fat
  • 600 gr whipped cream
  • 2 cups of coffee
  • ½ cup of cognac

Directions

Place the yolks in a large saucepan, add the sugar and mix it. Add the milk and stir it until it thickens. Chill it in the fridge. Add the thick cream, the eggs cream and the chocolate. Dip the savagiar in the mixture of coffee and cognac and place them in layers. Cover it with the whipped cream and the chocolate.
